Calling all professional photographers...Dewberry Farm is the perfect location for Christmas mini sessions.
We set aside 4 days each November for local photographers to bring clients out to the farm for photos in our beautiful Christmas Tree Forest. Book your sessions today!
Reservations are required for professional photo shoots in our Christmas Trees. Be sure to review and understand our Photography Policies below.
Personal, candid photos are always welcome and free at the farm. Admission is required for all guests during the Fall Festival and Spring Fest.
All appointments must be booked online.
A $50 deposit is due upon making a reservation.
Farm Photography Policies
General
2023 Dates: November 11 - 12 and November 18 - 19.
Photographers are required to have reservations for sessions.
Neither half-day or full-day sessions may be split between multiple dates or shared with other photographers.
Photographers must check-in at the ticket window upon arrival. (Enter at the yellow gate (north gate)) The photographer will receive a lanyard giving permission to take photos on the farm. Please return the lanyard at the end of your session.
Photography clients should enter at the yellow gate and meet their photographer at a location designated by the photographer.
Be sure clients/photographers have each other's cell number as the farm covers 115 acres. Dewberry Farm will not be responsible for locating clients or photographers.
Any props clothing, furniture or other objects used in the sessions must be removed at the end of the session. A $50 clean-up fee will be charged if items remain.
The photographer and all photographer’s clients will hold harmless Dewberry Farm for any injuries sustained during photography sessions or while on the Farm.
Please be aware that there may be other photographers with clients on the Farm during your session.
Parking Policy: Parking for photographers is allowed in the parking lots closest to the Christmas Trees.
Pet Policy: Pets are permitted to join their families for photography sessions on November 18 - 19, 2023 only. All pets must be on a leash at all times and owners must clean up after their pets. No pets allowed on November 11-12, 2023.
Payment Policy: A $50 deposit is due upon making a reservation. Payment in full is due 14 days prior to your reserved session date.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 14 days of the reserved date will forfeit their deposit. (Exceptions made if the farm is closed due to weather.)
Fall/Spring
Photography during our Fall Festival and Spring Fest is allowed with or without a professional photographer. Admission to the Farm is required for all farm guests, clients, and photographers, but no session fees apply.
Photography in the Christmas Trees is not permitted during the Fall Festival or Spring Fest except on November 11 - 12 with a reserved session.
Christmas Season
Christmas Tree customers are welcome to take unlimited candid photos for personal use during our normal Cut Your Own Christmas Tree Season; however, photo sittings are not allowed with or without a professional photographer. Our Cut Your Own Christmas Tree Season will begin on Black Friday, November 24, 2023.
Photo Sessions are ONLY allowed in the Christmas trees. Photographers and clients should not enter the farm activity area for any reason other than to access a restroom. On November 11 - 12 the Farm will be open to the public – admission tickets will be required for clients to enter the farm except to use a restroom.
No cutting of Christmas trees will be allowed during the photography sessions. Saws of any kind are strictly prohibited. Photographers will be charged a minimum of $200 per tree damaged or cut.
Professional photography sessions are not permitted during our Christmas Tree Cutting Season.
