Whether you’re coming to Dewberry Farm for a family reunion, birthday party or just to spend the day with family or friends, our Private Tents offer a great place to call your own during your time at the farm. Add a Fire Pit and S'Mores for even more fun!

Reservation Policy
Private Tent Rentals must be reserved online at least 24 hours in advance. Payment in full is due when your reservation is made. A confirmation will be emailed to you.
Private Tent Rentals do not include admission to the farm. Paid admission is required for all guests age 3 and up. Online tickets must be redeemed for a wristband at the farm. If you purchase tickets for your guests, it is your responsibility to see that they have their wristbands to enter the farm.
Please no pinatas, glass containers, sternos, or anything that requires electricity. Alcohol may not be brought to the farm, but is available for purchase.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation of Private Tent Rental will have a $15 cancellation fee. The cancellation must be done 5 days in advance and you will receive a refund for the balance. There will be no refund if you call less than 5 days from your scheduled reservation time.
If Dewberry Farm is closed due to inclement weather, a full refund will be given or a new date can be arranged.
Catering & Food Policy
You may not bring food or drink onto the farm.
Tent rental groups may eat at one of our restaurant locations or if your preference is to have your group event catered, our Catering Department has put together several menu choices for your group to select from.
Birthday parties are allowed to bring in their own cake only.
